Reliquus Ventures, is founded by four very good friends and MBA batchmates. Surojit Nandy, Dr Ganesh Nikam, Abhay Kumar and Ashutosh Mishra are first generation entrepreneurs who wanted to create value, venture into new business territories and of course make some money in this process. Following are their individual profiles.

To build things from scratch, executing ideas and venturing into unknown territory is what Surojit is passionate about. A Chemistry Hons. Graduate from Calcutta University and MBA from Symbiosis Pune, Surojit had a 2 years work experience in selling financial services. After MBA he joined Satyam Computer Services, India as an IT consultant. With challenging IT consulting and implementation experience in international projects, Surojit also did major business development work and made Satyam's foot hold entry in Spain. After two and half years , Surojit finally got out of the "Corporate Trap" and founded Reliquus Ventures with his three MBA batchmates and close friends. At Reliquus Ventures, he is incharge of Sales and Marketing, Business Alliances, Innovation and General executionary responsibilities. A hardcore optimist at heart, jack of all sport, avid reader, enjoy philosophical debates, Surojit believes that "show must go on at any cost".

Some people have their career redefined at every possible inflection period. For Dr. Ganesh Nikam, change was routine. After finishing his MBBS, he voluntarily got himself attached to a Rural Health Centre to become the Best Medical Officer in his region. But soon his ever scratching business bug made him to join his MBA course at Symbiosis, Pune. After topping his MBA class, Dr Ganesh joined Serum Institute of India, the largest vaccine producer in World as a HR Manager for three years. There he did top management level recruitment, performance management process revamping, set up IT infrastructure, did organisation restructuring assignment with E&Y and other HR activities. But that's it, left Serum, to co found Reliquus Ventures with Surojit, Abhay and Ashutosh. At Reliquus Ventures, he takes care of Corporate Alliances, Business Development, HR and Financial processes. His next change is already known. Bio-Pharma outsourcing business. Happily married to Mrs Jaanhavi Nikam, Dr Ganesh is an avid reader, badminton player and die hard cricket follower.

A crowd puller with his leadership qualities and impressive personality with over 6 Feet height, Abhay always excelled in building teams and achieving difficult targets. Hailing form Bihar, India, Abhay has done his engineering and then MBA from Symbiosis, Pune. For three years he worked with Satyam Computer Services limited India. His tryst with IT began from his 3 years Global experience while he worked with major International ERP implementation projects in West Indies and England. There he single handedly completed project deadlines and built competent teams. He nurtured and fed his entrepreneurial bug of his MBA days with this rich IT and service experience. Finally he let this bug out, left Satyam and co founded Reliquus Venutres. Abhay takes care Alliances, IT marketing and new market and service development of Reliquus Ventures. Beside that he is also responsible for the entire IT design and delivery. A creative person at core Abhay is also a perfectionist when it comes to design. Abhay is an active social worker, model, involves himself in mentoring young people and cooks delicious food.
