Our Role

Our role is of a professional intermediary who works as a single point of contact for all your relocation needs. We work with various service providers (only those who have passed our qualification criteria) and provide you coordinated services through them. We make sure all of them deliver what is expected and deal very strongly for any escalation or service failure issues. We also on our customer behalf always work to get the best deal (price/quality) from our service provider

Finding Rental Property

• Detail requirement gathering and right consulting
• Sourcing the right properties with our broker/house owner network
• Coordination with broker/house owner and arranging visits to the selected properties
• Facilitating legal agreements and any furnishing/renovation work pre possession

Movement of Goods

• Detail requirement gathering
• Getting quotes from various movers and packers company (Three quotes)
• Coordination of packaging, loading and unloading of goods with regular updates
• Resolving any escalation with service provider ( Breaking up/misplacement of goods)

Rental Commodities

• Getting detail requirements for commodities, Furniture, TV, Refrigerator, Computer, Two Wheelers
• Coordination of delivery of goods on time
• Any change request within one year
• Regular reminder about due payment and facilitation in payment collections

School Information

• Detail information about schools in soft copy
• Getting admission forms
• Getting introduced to right contact in the school authority

Connections (Gas, Cable TV, Internet)

• Giving the comparison charts of various charges of different service providers
• Getting the required documents (form, photocopies of various proofs) for availing various connections
• Coordinating the visit of various service providers for delivery
• Support for two months, post delivery/installation for any change request and escalations
